Foodsnest Inc. is a food company in Yokohama, Japan. We select, produce and sell Japanese foods made without unnecessary additives — and we open sales channels for the producers behind them.
Message from the founder
My own experience with atopic dermatitis taught me how much it matters to be able to find food you can genuinely trust. Since then I have looked for products made without chemical seasonings and unnecessary additives — food I could give my family without a second thought.
Food is part of daily life, which is why the care that goes into making it matters. We introduce only the products we ourselves believe in, and we carry the maker’s intent through to the table.

Our role
Supporting Japan’s primary industries
Our founder spent time living and working at a poultry farm in Saga Prefecture, and saw first-hand both how demanding production work is and how rewarding it can be. Our conclusion was that the greatest contribution we can make is not in producing — it is in creating routes to market.
No more good food disappearing unnoticed
The smaller the producer, the less capacity there is for sales and PR. Genuinely good food, made with real effort, vanishes before customers ever learn it existed. We work to reduce those cases by connecting makers to tables.
From Japan to the world
Channel-building does not stop at Japan’s borders. We handle overseas buyer negotiations and the practical side of exporting ourselves, and we return that knowledge to our partner producers so that Japanese ingredients can reach tables worldwide.
